Want a bit more time to play with options? This 45-minute styling consult is perfect if you want to try on lots of pieces, need help building outfits, or just want to feel really confident before buying.

It’s just me (Sera!) and you in our private studio  no one else will be booked at the same time, so it’s a safe, comfy space to chat, try things on, and get honest, friendly advice.

💳 The $149.99 is fully redeemable on anything you buy during the appointment.
🛍️ Just a reminder — the credit does need to be used on the day.

Want to bring a friend or make it a group session? Please contact us before booking. If your friend would like to try on pieces as well, they will need to pay the $149.99 fee too.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend, the booking cannot be refunded. Instead, it will be converted into store credit, which can only be used for future purchases and will be treated as a sale item (i.e., non-refundable).

• Any purchases made using this store credit cannot be refunded — exchanges only if eligible.

In-Person Purchase Policy

• Items purchased during your appointment and taken away with you are considered final sale for refund purposes, even if they were full price.

• You may exchange for a different size (as long as the item wasn’t a sale item), but refunds do not apply since the value also covers the styling service.

Returns Note

• Sale items purchased during your appointment are final sale.

• Full-price items (not bought with consult credit) follow our usual policy: 5 days to return for store credit only

A Quick Note on Guests

These sessions are designed to be a quiet, private space just for you  so we kindly ask that you don’t bring children or babies along. As a mum of five myself, I completely get it, but this time is all about you. I want you to relax, focus, and enjoy the experience without distractions. Thanks for understanding!
