Your appointment is held in our private studio with just you and Sera, so you’ll have a comfortable, relaxed space to chat, try things on, and get honest, personalised styling advice.

$149.99 redeemable on product purchased during your appointment

Please note your credit must be used on the day of your booking.

Bringing a friend

If you’d like to bring a friend or enquire about a group session, please contact us before booking.

If your guest would also like to try on pieces during the appointment, they will need to book and pay the $149.99 session fee as well.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend, your booking will not be refunded. Instead, it will be converted to store credit for future purchases.

Please note this store credit will be treated as a sale item and is non-refundable.

Purchases Made During Your Appointment

Items purchased during your appointment and taken home with you are not eligible for refunds.

If eligible, exchanges for another size may be available on full-price items. Sale items remain final sale.

If you purchase full-price items separately from your consultation credit, our usual returns policy applies:

5 days for store credit only.

A Note on Children and Guests

These sessions are designed to be a quiet, private experience just for you, so we kindly ask that children and babies are not brought along.

As a mum of five, I completely understand, but this time is intended to help you relax, focus, and enjoy the experience without distractions.
