Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, dispatch timeframes, and how pre-orders work.
Pre-Order Information
Any item available for pre-order will be clearly marked as PRE-ORDER in the product title.
Estimated arrival dates will be listed in the product description of that item. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate timeframe, as arrival dates can vary depending on freight conditions.
Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived.
If you would like your in-stock items sent sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Pre-Order Terms
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:
- Pre-order purchases are final
- Cancellations or change-of-mind refunds are not available
- Arrival dates are estimates only and may vary
- Your order will be shipped once the pre-order item arrives, unless ordered separately
New Zealand Shipping
All New Zealand orders are sent via Courier Post.
Dispatch Timeframes
- General orders: 24–48 hours
- Sale periods and promotional events: up to 10 working days
- Rural deliveries may take longer
Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via DHL.
Estimated delivery time is 2–6 working days, depending on the destination country.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
For international orders, any customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Once a parcel has left New Zealand, any delays caused by customs or local delivery services are outside of our control.
Exchanges for Size
We are happy to assist with size exchanges where possible.
Please contact us via website chat or email within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel so we can assist as quickly as possible.
A Few Things to Note
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Tracking is emailed once your parcel has been dispatched
- Changes to orders cannot be guaranteed once your order has been placed
- Dispatch timeframes may be longer during sales, promotions, or peak periods
