What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Do you have a store?

What currency do you use?

How do I use a gift card or promo code?

When you’re ready to checkout and are looking at the items in your cart, click proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Can I return my item?

There is NO EXCHANGES OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS!

If you brought on our SALE days e.g PJ20, LOCKDOWN, TWENTYOFF, CAPE SALE, WOMENSDAY, or September 30 Days 30% OFF SALE - this is considered a SALE ITEM AS WELL.

Please make sure if you get a gift with purchase with your order and decide to return the item you MUST return the gift (un-used and un-opened) or you will be charged for it.

Once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer saleable for its original full price, a refund is not available. 

Return exclusions: · Vouchers · Underwear · Swimwear · Clearance and or Sale items.

Friday Flamingo reserves the right to reject any returns based on significant damage to the product or the packaging. 

Products will need to be returned to Friday Flamingo via courier in their original condition and packaging with this form at the your expense.

If you ordered and got free shipping and want a full refund we keep the shipping costs from your initial order which is $5.50 for non rural NZ or $9.00 rural & $15-60 International and of course if you paid for shipping that isn’t refunded  (we don’t refund any shipping costs)

Simply fill out the returns form (FOUND HERE) and send it back to us with the items. Returns must be sent back to us within 5 days of you receiving the items. PLEASE READ ABOVE BEFORE DOING SO 

Please contact us if you have not received your refund or exchange within 20 WORKING DAYS of us receiving your returned items.

Refunds can take up to 20 working days to process from receipt of return. We will only contact you if we need more information. We will not email to say we have received your return - WE RECOMMEND YOU FOLLOW THE TRACKING TO MAKE SURE ITS ARRIVED

What do I do if the item I have received is faulty?

Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

What do I do if i have received the wrong item?

Please EMAIL US with your order number and product you have incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

What courier do you use for shipping?

All items are shipped using Courier Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

When will I receive my order?

All items generally shipped within 24-48 hours.  Rural deliveries may take longer. 

Boxing day sales can take up to 10 working days for dispatch so please take that into consideration when you are placing the order. Please be assured we will be working hard to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.

International Shipping

International Air - Delivery Target 3-10 Working Days. Non Tracked. 

International Courier - Delivery Target 2-6 Working Days. Track and Trace with Signature on Delivery.

Will I have to pay international customs or duties?

All taxes and duties coming into your country are to be paid by you and are not our responsibility. Please make sure you check this before ordering if you are worried.

Once your order has left New Zealand it may be subject to local customs policies which may cause delays.  We take no responsibility for any charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end.
