Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Unless we have a huge sale on and it could take a few more days. If you want to know the current shipping time when you order - just send us a message via our website chat
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:
For orders, shipping rates will vary based on destination and package weight. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times:
Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after being picked up from the couriers.
International orders may take longer to arrive, depending on customs procedures and the destination country. 
Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or postal service disruptions.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use NZ POST for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments. However, we reserve the right to use alternative carriers depending on factors such as package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

No Exchanges or Refunds on Sale Items:
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale items. All sales are final.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. If its been delivered & you can't find it please contact the carrier

International Shipping:
All items are shipped using DHL. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking is available at DHL website
All items generally shipped within 2-4 WORKING DAYS. Rural deliveries may take longer.
All taxes and duties coming into your country are to be paid by you and are not our responsibility. Please make sure you check this before ordering if you are worried.
SALE DAYS sales can take up to 10 working days for dispatch so please take that into consideration when you are placing the order. Please be assured we will be working hard to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.

International Taxes & Duties:
- Once your order has left New Zealand, it may be subject to local customs policies which may cause delays. We take no responsibility for any charges, duties, or taxes incurred at the receiver's end.
