Order Processing:
We aim to process all orders within 2–3 business days. During busy periods (like sale days), this may take a little longer — but we promise we’re working hard to get your order out. If you’d like an update on current processing times, just pop us a message through the chat on our website.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery Times:
- NZ orders: Usually arrive within 1–3 business days after courier pickup.
- International orders: Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing.
Please note: Delays may happen due to weather, public holidays, or courier disruptions — we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
Tracking Your Order:
You’ll get an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track it through our website or directly with the courier.

- NZ orders: NZ Post

International orders: Mostly DHL
We may occasionally use alternative couriers depending on what works best for your order.
Sale Items:
All sale purchases are final — no exchanges or refunds on sale items, sorry!
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP. If it shows as delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend reaching out to the courier first.
International Orders & Customs:
- We ship all international orders via DHL.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 2–4 working days.
- During big sale events, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.
- Any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility — please check with your country’s customs office before ordering if you’re unsure.

If you choose not to pay customs duties and your parcel is returned to us, we are charged return shipping and fees — these costs will be deducted from your refund, along with the original shipping cost.
