If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a Friday Flamingo store credit for eligible returns.
Return Process

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please include returns for at Botton of page
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all original tags attached.
- Please make sure your return is packaged carefully and respectfully. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, not scrunched, crushed, or forced into packaging that may damage the garment.

We love pets as much as you do! Before returning your item, please take a moment to ensure it is free from pet hair and lint so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend sending your return via a tracked courier service. If you choose to send your return without tracking and it does not arrive to us, Friday Flamingo cannot be held responsible and we will be unable to process your return.
Store Credit Policy

Eligible returns will be issued as a Friday Flamingo store credit once your return has been received and approved.

We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or items that are no longer wanted.

Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Sale Items

All sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit, exchange, or refund unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

This includes items purchased during promotional sales, clearance sales, discount events, and marked-down sale periods.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

● Gift vouchers
● Underwear
● Swimwear
● Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without tags attached
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (don't ship back till you have spoken to us) through our website chat. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
