No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items

Sale Items: There is no exchange or refund for any items purchased on sale, including promotions such as PJ20, LOCKDOWN, TWENTYOFF, CAPE SALE, WOMENSDAY, and our September 30 Days 30% OFF Sale. These are all considered sale items and are final.

Gift with Purchase: If you received a gift with your order and decide to return your item, the gift must also be returned in unused and unopened condition. If the gift is not returned, we will charge you for the full price of the gift.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- ALL SALE ITEMS
- Vouchers
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Clearance items
Return Process
- Returns must be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- PLEASE PRINT OUR RETURNS FORM FOUND HERE
- All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot process returns without tracking confirmation.
- International Returns: For returns outside of New Zealand, we will issue store credit for the returned items instead of a refund.
Refund Policy
- If you received free shipping on your order and are returning an item for a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Our shipping charges are as follows:
- NZ (Non-Rural): $8.50
- NZ (Rural): $11.50
- International Shipping: $15 - $60 (varies by location)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Information
- Bank Details for Refunds: If you paid via any method other than Afterpay or Laybuy, please provide your bank account details for processing your refund. We are unable to issue refunds to Visa/Mastercard.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds can take up to 30 working days from the date we receive your return. Please note, we will only contact you if we require additional information regarding your return. We will not send an email confirming the receipt of your return, so we strongly recommend you track the return to ensure it has arrived.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately through our website chat. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a solution.

Damaged Items
Friday Flamingo reserves the right to reject any returns if the product or packaging has been significantly damaged or tampered with. Items must be returned in sellable condition.
