Pre-Order Information

Any items on pre-order will be clearly labelled as PRE-ORDER in the product title.

Estimated arrival dates will always be listed in the product description of the pre-order item.

Please refer directly to the product page for the most accurate timeframe, as arrival dates can vary depending on freight conditions.

Orders Containing In-Stock + Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived.

If you’d like faster dispatch of in-stock items, we recommend placing a separate order.

Pre-Order Terms

  • All pre-order purchases are final
  • Cancellations or change-of-mind refunds are not available
  • Arrival dates are estimates only and may vary
  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms

Shipping Information

New Zealand Shipping

All NZ orders are shipped via Courier Post.

Dispatch Timeframes

  • General orders: 24–48 hours
  • Sale periods: up to 10 working days
  • Rural deliveries may take longer

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL.

Delivery target: 2–6 working days (varies by country).

Tracking will be emailed once dispatched.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Any customs charges, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

These fees are determined by your country and are not covered by Friday Flamingo. Once parcels leave New Zealand, delays caused by customs or local couriers are outside of our control.

Exchanges for Size

We’re happy to assist with size exchanges where possible.

Please contact us via website chat or email within 7 days of receiving your item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist promptly.
