Directions:

Add 25g (approx. 2 scoops) to 250ml of water, milk, or milk alternative (almond, soy or coconut).

Mix and enjoy.

Or, add to smoothies, porridge or pancake mix.

For a delicious protein treat use 1-3 times a day.
